The clothing line Level 27 was made in 2001 by Billy Martin. the part of the name "27" comes from Billys Lucky number.. which is 27.. the "Lvel" part has nothing to do with anything (just a catch phrase) not only is level 27 just for one group, all sorts of people can wear it, goths,punks,skater, you can all wear it under Level 27. Level 27 is Billy`s creation and i think we owe a BIG thnx to all the supporters of Level 27
